"Awful. Also got stuck with these people from Choice Home Warranty. The guy initially came and did a very minimal repair. When the water heater quit again after like 2 days, he was supposed to come back, initially didn't show and claimed it was because he was trying to find a part, but then completely ghosted, despite repeated attempts from both me and the warranty company to get hold of him. Haven't had hot water in weeks now because of this. Do not call them ever."
"I was scheduled for an appointment on Monday, June 20, 2022. The technician did not show up nor did I receive a call to let me know there was a problem. I was given the technician’s name and number by Choice Home Warranty. I called several times but nobody answered. This is extremely poor customer service. I made myself available only to be gooked. I reached back out to Choice Home Warranty Service to have another company come over. I told Choice Home Warranty that it wasn’t fair that I took the time to make myself available only to be disappointed. When you are considering a plumbing service, please pass HARRIS PLUMBING & DRAIN SERVICE by. Promises are not kept and they are a waist of time."
"I was sent Harris Plumbing by my home warranty company (Choice). I was scheduled for an appointment yesterday and they were a no call, no. show. I attempted to call their office number and no one answer and the voicemail box was full. As it's an urgent issue and they had the best availability, my warranty company rescheduled for today. Again, they were a no call, no show and I have now wasted two days waiting for something to be fixed and will still have to wait on another vendor as we're headed into the weekend. I am very understanding that things come up but two back-to-back no shows is unprofessional and unacceptable."
"The company was scheduled to come to my property by my warranty company. They were fast to scheduled me for next day. I called them at night and left a voicemail asking them to call me an hour ahead before they show up in the morning because I work an hour away. They never called me in the morning to confirm. Because my appointment time was between 7 to 11, I called them twice and left a message. No one called me back. Around 9am I left my job to go over there by 10 and I waited and waited. At 11 I called them again and left a message but no one called me. I called again 30 minutes later and once again no one answers the phone and I left a message again. I even texted them but noone called back and they never showed up. I called the warranty company and cancelled and rescheduled with different company. I wasted total of 6 hours of my time and wasted money not working. They have zero responsibility and certainly not reliable."
"We have been sent Harris Plumbing a few times by our home warranty company (Sears). Last week we called, were scheduled for last week and once again had a no call no show. It has been a week and we have not heard anything from this company. The last time was about a month ago while we in the process of a kitchen remodel. All work was at a halt until the plumber came out, an appointment was made, the plumber didn't show and no progress was made for over a week. We made several attempts to make contact, the company doing the kitchen remodel made several attempts to make contact, we were a day away from finding a new plumber when we were finally contacted. There is nothing wrong with the work this company does, when the work actually gets done but having more than one no call no show appointment is unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable. We are also contacting Sears and suggesting they stop outsourcing to this company because I am sure that we are not the only family that this has happened to."
