"We are in town, remodeling a house and when we took the return vent covers off to paint, we found decades of grey fuzzy buildup. Yuck! We called Kennon to do a whole house duct cleaning and they were very fair in their pricing and fast in their communication with us. Sylvester Rowe came out, on time and very professional! He explained the process and got right to work. We were impressed with his knowledge and the extra effort he took to keep our new system protected from the loose debris that falls when a cleaning happens. "I am not sure if there was a seal issue, or faulty machinery but this service was a disaster! I had my home’s ducts cleaned and there is a drywall like dust over every inch of my home. This is going to be costly and a time suck to have this all cleaned. Every crevice is covered in dust. I am completely disappointed and now overwhelmed. Consumer beware!!"

"We had our furnaces serviced and our ducts cleaned in the last few days. The tech for each job was great. But I wanted to say today Sylvester Rowe cleaned the duct work and was fantastic! "I got my ducts cleaned out back in October this year. The employee that showed up was courteous however I just got a separate inspection from another HVAC company after seeing a bunch of loose dust falling out of the vent, in the master bedroom. From my independent research the equipment they use is called Rotobrush and there are mounting reviews on youtube that this machine does a poor job cleaning out ducts. Due to its small vacuum nozzle, it is physically impossible to suck down the dust balls generated by the spinning brush. It turns out this is the case for all the vents they worked on, all the dust just got pushed further back and out of view. Being a giant company and knowingly providing this kind of service I'm just disappointed. I was trying to save a couple hundred bucks by booking with these guys because they were the cheapest I could find. You get what you pay for."

"I received a text from the company when the technician was on his way. He arrived before time so I invited him in. His name was Cody Evans. I had the best experience with him. I highly recommend him to install an upgraded Thermostat. I am certain he does other things but this was a small job done with a great attitude, workmanship, communication skills, and passion for what he does. He programmed everything including the APP to be used on my mobile device. He demonstrated how to use the features and cleaned his work area. Thanks Mr. Evans"
