"We needed a shower hooked back up after being disconnected for some time. We called H&M because we had used them before for a small job and were very happy with their work on that job. The owner came out earlier than scheduled and did a quote, which was the best price we had, in addition with the previous experience. The plumber came out, again earlier than expected, and jumped right on the job. He was very courteous, professional, and without asking, moved his truck so I could get out and myself go to work. He finished the job, with my wife there, taking great care making sure she was happy with the work. I was sure that there would be more cost than quoted, but the price was exactly as quoted. Great Job. Great Price. Great Customer Service. We consider H&M to be "our" plumber, will call them first whenever we need plumbing. 9/27/2023 We had a leaking washer, cold service line that needed quick attention and a professional repair. H & M once again showed why they are our plumber of choice. They managed to fit us in same day as called. Their plumber was right on time, with a helper and immediately went to work. Had us back up and fixed in a little more than 30 minutes and a very reasonable price for an emergency job. Thanks Again H & M. 12/21/2023 We finally were able to update our piping and get rid of the grey poly pipe that had caused us fits since about 2006, after learning what a hot mess grey poly pipe is. After speaking with Harry, it was obvious that the price was right and we already knew their quality service. We accepted the quote and the project was done the next week. Plus, we had been having trouble with a toilet, so it was fixed too as part of the project, no need to schedule a separate work order. There is only one down side. H & M did such a great job, we won't be seeing them for a long while, however if we do need excellent plumbing, we know that we can rely on them."

"Bad experience. Rheem Water heater installed 9/28/21. Still under 6 year warranty. Just stopped heating the the water. Called HM, talked to owner. They want $295 dollars for diagnostic visit. But “we don’t do warranty work”. We diagnose, owner is responsible for all liaison and warranty claim contact with manufacturer and follow up. Maybe this is “standard” practice in the business. Still stinks."

"We had our air conditioning go out. I called on Wednesday earlier this week and someone was able to service it that day! Bryant had no problem finding the problem, low freon due to leaking compressor coil. Part was covered under warranty but not labor and replacement freon. But after recharging freon we are able to run the system until the part arrives within the week. Bryant was knowledgeable and professional."
