"I have a 2019 Kia. My check engine light was on. I took it to calavan Kia to get fixed. They called and said it will take a month to get fixed. After waiting a month I received no call or email about my vehicle so I called them. After speaking to a rep. They informed me my car was still not ready. IT HAVENT BEEN TOUCHED! We waited three weeks after that for it to get fixed and my check engine light still on. I called to inform them of the issue again. I was told to bring it back they said the problem was a quick fix and sent me on my way. But it WASN’T. While pulling up in my driveway I notice the light came back on. I went to advanced auto parts and got the reader to figure out what’s wrong. It was the emissions. I called calavan Kia and informed them. They said they needed to do the test themselves. So I took it back. They ran the test and sure enough that’s what’s wrong with it. They charged me for running the test and wanted to charge me for the service of the emission. I was so upset because it took three months and 13 Ubers and hundreds of dollars. Now on the brink of purchasing a new vehicle I would avoid this place at all cost."
