"ALERT!! REALLY WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS. STAY AWAY FROM DRAINWORKS SEPTIC SOLUTIONS!! WARNING!! Josh comes across as very genuine in showing he wants you as the customer to be happy with his services, and "not selling [his] customers something they don't need." Don't believe him. He is an excellent salesman. Should have gone into acting. He told me he is going to put a product called liquid Fire into my septic tank then he will have to wait about 45 minutes so he will come back to move into step 2, hydrojetting lines to flush the system. I guess they don't need my business. I waited just over an hour before I called to see what was causing the delay in his return. His wife answers the phone and tells me she's going to check their ETA. She tells me he's 11 minutes out. Okay. That was at 5:43. At 6:30 I tried to call again, it rings once and I'm sent to voice mail. I'm writing this review at 1:30 in the morning. I never heard back from them. Additionally, after removing the cover for my septic tank, they left it open and the screws to my cover are MIA. Thank God I'm luckier than some others based on the reviews I've read that had similar issues because at least they did not get any money from me. REALLY WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS because now I have to wait another day to get my issue solved. UPDATE: in regards to this companies response to my review: I checked my incoming calls from you before I even placed my initial review. Also took a screen shot in case I needed it. I also double checked it again before I wrote this update. Additionally, if you did call me as you say, and there was no response, I never received a message which could have informed me of your supposed situation. I could have understood that."
