"I have become extremely disappointed with the quality of work from H&H. This company used to be my go to for any furnace related issues however, I will no longer be using their services. On 1/5/24 Lee from H&H came to assist with a maintenance call. My furnace was continuously turning on then off and not reaching my desired temperature. I expressed multiple times that it is likely the flame sensor as when it gets dirty it causes the issue of not staying on. i tried cleaning it myself but I guess I did not do a good job. lee looked at my system with what I felt was no effort and told me I would need to replace my furnace and if I am going to replace my furnace I might as well replace everything which can be anywhere from 8700-15k. I continued asking questions to try and understand what the actual issue is. he said “ohh its probably a cracked heat exchanger.” Luckily i recognized the sales tactics as he was speaking to me as if I worked in his field. I got a second opinion they came cleaned my fire sensor and boom I now have heat. Ironically, the person who cleaned my flame sensor previously worked for H&H and left do to differences in the integrity of their work. Additionally they sent me a invoice for their servicing for the year i told them i just paid 85 bucks for nothing can you deduct that from the yearly service. the lady I spoke to said they would call me back and talk to the manager. never did consider this my resign from the yearly service but I also emailed you guys. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NO LONGER BE USING! *Update on 2/20/24 in regard to the H&H response. In 2023 I had no issue with H&H while Clyde was working there in 2023. Not sure why you are listing my entire history with the company? while my system is older and passed end of life giving a lazy suggestion like “ohh it needs to be replaced” is not very skillful when the short term issue could of been easily fixed by cleaning the flame sensor. The reality is my system will need to be replaced in the near future. But it did not need to be replaced at that exact moment for there to have heat in my house when its 30 degrees outside. Casually expecting me to just come out of pocket 9-12k on the spot when the flame sensor just needed a bit of a cleaning to run. I also mentioned this to the person servicing my house. Down the road it definitely makes sense but in the moment you could of did more. I stand on what I said."

"Called H&H to see what was wrong with my home furnace turning on/off issue the gentleman that arrived had a very bad hygiene was rude and stated I needed a new furnace just by looking at it. I told myself get a 2nd opinion thank god I did I’m still spraying fabreeze after the gentleman left fixed it in 10min H$H lost business with me and my rental properties for there professionalism"

"Had a plenum replacement done. Technicians arrived to get measurements, and once they returned, it was finished sooner than I expected. They worked quickly and did a great job. Second work: AC compressor went out after 24 years. Joe and his company offered great explanations on the system's compatibility and capability. Fair pricing which was well worth the quality of work and personnel. I would recommend them to anyone in Austell or Mableton. Maybe they might service other areas too, but my neighbors will definitely be recommended. 8/30/2023 - First scheduled preventative maintenance service was done. They did a thorough job and my house wasn't the easiest to work on, but they were professional and completed the task. Excellent as always and the technicians explained the process and results."
