"Never again. They came out to fix my washer had to order a part so had to wait for them to come back out. They came with the part and it worked for 3 days. Call them again to come out, when they came they said another part needed to be ordered. Waited again. They got the part and the day of called and wanted to reschedule. I told them no they were scheduled for today and I need it fixed. Then they said it can't be fixed. And I need to get a new one. I asked why didn't they tell me that before now so I could have planned accordingly. Now I have to wait again because I have to order a new washer."
"This company is on their way to going out of business and American Home Shield (AHS) hopefully going with them. I had an appointment on Saturday, April 22, 2023 8:00am-12:00pm. ATL repairs feels they should show up at 2:00pm when I already left so I can go shopping at home improvement stores that have very limited hours. Called multiple times to AHS to transfer to another company and they kept saying that was not an option until I finally threated to cancel my warranty so they send me to escalation team so I can waste more time. Fingers crossed have an actual company that values customers time if not will cancel AHS and find another home warranty company."
"This company lied to me. I'm with AMERICAN HOME SHEILD. and they set me up with this company for repair. This company told me they need to video call me because it was a part repair on my stove. They call and they told AHS that it wasn't a wear and tear repair. First they never came to my home. Second I have had this stove since 2008. Third how can you say something isn't wear and tear if you didn't put hands on it or try to repair it. Fourth If the handle no longer will stay attach to the screw it normally means it need replacing after 15 yrs. This company saw it wasn't any money in the repair and told AMS a lie just so they wouldn't deal with it. Make sure these people come out and don't do a video call when you dealing with them."

"Man everything was great I’m big on communicating and he did jus that but not only that he’s serous about working I needed it fix he didn’t waste any time getting it done the only Time we had to wait was getting the part which is on my end once I got it he was their and ready to work 10/10 well recommended!"
