"I received a quote for two a\c unit installs. Keith wanted me to go with the monthly rental program, I told him I wasn't interested in that and I wanted to go with the current special they had with no payments until 2025. He said he didn't have a lot of information on that and he would get back with me. That was odd to me being that he's on the sales team and didn't have any information on their current promotions. I've called and texted but no response. So I went with another company, I paid a little more but at least their customer service is great."

"Absolutely scam of a company. I paid for the comfort as a service plan and was told everything would be handled for me including scheduling of maintenance. This did not happen. When I asked about it they said they were too busy to schedule and it was my responsibility. In addition, I had a brand new frame unit installed. It has had to be repaired 4 times in two years. It breaks every 4-6 months. Now I am being charged for them to fix a brand new unit. Please use another company. They are complete garbage."
