"Alex did an amazing job for the repair, total cost was $500+. Our fridge had some problem with frosting up every couple months or so. I have done a couple YouTube searches but unfortunately couldn’t fix the fridge issue myself. Alex was able to stop by the same day. The final fixes were replacing a fan, a thermostat, and creat a bigger opening for the drainage pipe. Alex had to use hand held hairdryer to defrost manually to found out what the real issues were. Very patient and warm guy, had some great chats with the guy, will definitely recommend to friends in the future."

"10/11/23 Update - Our dryer stopped working and we did not hesitate to call ATP. Tom was dispatched and worked diligently to troubleshoot the problem. He worked tirelessly well into the night to get the problem solved. Can't rave enough about this company and their technicians. I'm relieved to have found a solid and trustworthy appliance repair company! Alex showed up early, was very courteous and professional. He explained the problem (Compressor went out - apparently a common problem LG fridges from 5 years ago) and completed the work timely. Highly recommend."
