"Archaic mindset. We wanted to support a local guy who is literally down the street but the receptionist was not helpful in being efficient. When met with push back on why her/their process was so difficult, she had her husband/man/technician/whoever call me back to try to tell me I was completely in the wrong by expecting efficiency in this year of 2023. His approach to me was extremely unprofessional and unrealistic. We have used them before, they were pricey but we prefer to use local when we can. Unless you want to be talked down to and treated like you have no common sense, I suggest you find a business that respects its potential customers and desires to actually earn work."
