"Kitchen aid sent this company to fix my brand NEW kitchen aid DISHWASHER. The tech was extremely rude from day one. When first came to my home he stayed less than 5 minutes. Zero customer service. During this time frame I had to call kitchen aid directly to get information as to when this part might arrive. With no help from M&H appliance regarding this. After waiting 4 weeks for the part to arrive. I texted him during business hours on the day part arrived with no response. I then called him the next morning. He was EXTREMLEY RUDE and unprofessional. After waiting over a month he told me that he refused to come back out and for me to contact Whirlpool directly. The level of rudeness and customer service was anything but professional. You would think a company like Whirlpool/Kitchen Aid would contract more professional companies."
