"The experience was good except one thing, when I came to pick the phone up on yesterday, there was 4 people working, 1 at the register with a customer, which was fine but the other 3 were working on other things. So o had to wait about 10mins just for a quick pick up that took only 2mins when it was finally my turn. I work in the customer service business so I’m really big on that, if there are associates standing around please stop what you’re doing for a sec help the next customer that is waiting."

"I had the charging port replaced in my iphone mini yesterday, and they were able to order the part and fix my phone same day. It wasn't cheap, but I imagine the price is similar elsewhere. The staff is also friendly and helpful. I won't hesitate to bring electronics here again the next time something needs fixing."
