Everyone, from the sweet ladies in the office, the sales guys, and technicians are always friendly, professional, and customer satisfaction driven. Our technician, Josh Fleming, is the best! Josh discovered a wiring issue with our unit/thermostat that, for many years, had been causing excessive power consumption and then ridiculously high power bills during the winter months. He fixed the issue today and installed a new fancy thermostat. And it's worth mentioning that the total cost for the repair was only about half the price of just one of those insanely high power bills that we are looking forward to never seeing again."
