"Had an oven go out. Not old, power surge we think. Called these guys based on recommendation of a neighbor and could not be happier. Chuck Matthews was the guy who came out. Super professional, polite, fast and efficient. Back in business later the same day. Highest praise for All Major as well as Mr. Mathews. Give these folks a try, I think you will be happy. This is the story of penthouse to outhouse. See above, I really liked the service Tech. Issue comes with estimate which seemed to be plucked out of the air and the invoice. I asked for a detailed invoice via email which was ignored. I called today, talked to a SUPER nice lady who called back to tell me they do not do them which I find troubling. Don't misunderstand. Loved the service and response time. Really nice people. I am just not comfortable with the way they do business. My request was not unreasonable IMO. Received follow up call today. Actually talked to owner, Bobby, who is having detailed invoice sent. A little slow but better late than never. Never got promised detailed invoice."
