"warning, this is a very dishonest lead service. When you call they say "-pliance repair" in order to trick you into thinking that they are an actual local business. As if to make it seem like the "Fayetteville" got cut off during the recording. Looking at the photo of the business, they seem to have either somehow used a photo of City Cafe & Bakery or have put in the address of City Cafe and Bakery, a local restaurant that sells German food and cakes and stuff. Not sure how google gets the photos of the businesses. Then you pay a deposit for the lead, not to have your appliance fixed. If you ask them if they are a lead service, they will blatantly lie and tell you that they are not."
"They don’t tell you up front that they dispatch someone to come to your house. The guy temporarily fixed my freezer and lasted a month. He promised me a new part but never showed. Now I can’t get him. The company will not refund and said I have to dispute charges. I asked for all my paperwork because I wasn’t given anything, they told me that they don’t receive anything from technician. Don’t waste time or money."
"I tried not to pay attention on these negative reviews and give businesses a chance. But these reviews are very much accurate. This company is a 3 party lead services to provide leads to these businesses. I needed a washer repair.the company they sent out was Appliance & Electronics Solutions took this job. The Technician was very arrogant and unprofessional. He took 20 mins to so call fix the washer machine leak with no replacement parts. Just stated something was disconnected. The leak became worse before he did it. I called him back within the same day on the issue. He sounded annoyed and told me he fixed it. I informed him more water leaking than before to iplease return. Stated he had other jobs to attend and will get back to me when he can.i stated I was your job earlier that day and the issue is not fix. He brushed me off and stated he will just give me back my money. I contacted another Technician at a different Google search. The washer machine actually needed a part to fix the repair. Took this guy 1 hour sounds about right to complete the repair with a replacement part. No leaks at all not even residual water. Make sure Appliances & Electronics Solutions is not the company this lead services sends you. Plan horrible..stated he charges $250 to service. Dont go to them. I made sure all me money was refunded including lead service company. Horrible"
"They charged upfront on a credit card for the technician to come. When he came the water line had been disconnected because the dishwasher was flooding so a handy man had disconnected it. The technician looked at that and left saying call me when the plumber will connect the water line. When we said can you not do it he said ' I'm not a plumber. When we called him he said to call the company to make another appointment. We called and set up the appointment for the next day between 9 and 12 am. He was a no show I called the company they said it is between 9 and 12 noon. .To make long story short he said he said I'll come at 6 pm. Having cancelled our other appointments for the day waiting for him,I cancelled the appointment. They are totally irresponsible and undependable. We will not do any business with them again."
"The technician was polite and professional, it’s too bad when booking the job me and the gentleman had a conversation about price. He explained that the part was $22 so there was no way it was going to be over $200 for the repair. They tried to charge $300 to repair the $20 part, now I am stuck trying to get the $59.00 that was charged to my card just to have the appointment. Update** they ended up not charging my card. It fell off after a few days of being in pending status. This is why I changed from 2* to 4*"
