Reviews
"Was very pleased with the professionalism of the Sears technician. He was able to fix the issue and explained to me what exactly caused the problems."
"Tec was very professional and explained things in a way that a senior like me understood. Excellent manners. I really appreciated him. I would give 10 Stars if I could."
"The technician was talking down to me, because I was a woman (unalienable rights) wrong person for that. Then when my spouse was in there they started having a conversation like I was not in the room. He still didn't fix the middle burner he stated, "that the middle burner was not working due to my cleanliness", He also stated, "I just needed to soak it in lemon juice plus water". The technician also stated to "disassemble the middle burner" my spouse agreed that he would take the middle burner apart. I did that and it still don't work in the front of the burner. Mind you I just cleaned my stove and the fire department was just here and they never stated that that was a grease problem they told me that the middle burner was not burning properly and the oven needed an igniter. And I have the paperwork to prove it. I have been using Sears for repairs for years so I don't have a problem with the company. The technician also instructed me to put the speakerphone on while I pay for him coming out. When I didn't do it fast enough he stated to me again "I would prefer you turn on the speakerphone when doing the payment. The technician made me feel he didn't value my business because I was a woman. My middle burner still don't work."
"When the service rep called and said he was coming my thoughts is for repair. He gets here and says he doesn't have any repair parts. This has the making of a scam to show up for the service diagnosis only. Walking in he asked what was the problem, which again leads me to believe that he is collecting on diagnosis only w/o making the repair. This is a crooked scheme and I will not use this service again nor will I give a favorable recommendation."
"Lawrence did a great job getting my lawn tractor fixed this morning. I had hit a corner of the driveway which knocked the blade canopy out of alignment. He adjusted it and now it cuts evenly again. He also got my front tire fixed. On time and very courteous!"
