"DO NOT USE. They came to repair my oven and charged me more than $800. The oven has not worked since the repair man, JR, walked out the door. They have refused to refund my payment despite repeated assurances that they would from customer service reps Andrea and Erica. Every time I speak with them they promise a refund will be issued by email or by postal mail, but 4 weeks later, I have no refund and my oven still doesn't work. My advice: Take your money elsewhere."
