"Arthur Scott made two trips over a 2-month period to repair a broken ceiling pipe. He was paid-in-full based on photos he sent me (I don't live in city where the work was done), before I check the results. Well, the pipe was not repaired and he was immediately sent pictures showing water pouring from the same. He came back 3 weeks later with an attitude and the finished project is still unsatisfactory. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone else. He does sloppy and unprofessional work. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!"
"Arthur came to fix a broken pipe in my dishwasher that was leakng water into my basement. Found out couple hours later that the pipe he fixed was still leaking. I texted him and he said he would return to fix it. He never came came back and did not respond to my texts. Untrustworthy."
