"Thank you for the quick response and repair done at our site at the RV park, which was likely twice as fast or more as having it done under the Ford warranty and we didn't have to find hotel accommodations while the RV was sitting at the Ford warranty repair location. Justin was great and recommended the heavy-duty spark plug wires which I was very agreeable with. The Ford warranty would have replaced them with the same but improved wires but under the high temperature condition of the Ford 7.3 V8 Godzilla engine the heavy-duty replacements were a no brainer. Justin was very knowledgeable and has great customer interaction."
"I had Rock Solid do some repairs and general maintenance on our fleet trucks and utility trailers. They serviced our breaks, lights, wiring, grease wheel bearing and all around safety checks. These guys are awesome! Office / dispatch was professional and helpful. They responding quickly. Tech was knowledgeable and very efficient. Price for all the work they did was fair. Great company."
"I took my drilling machine to them. After 2 months of doing absolutely nothing, they called me to come pick it up. The bill was 6000 dollars, they didn't fix anything. They put the 1156 bulbs in the place of 1157. So all my lights wouldn't work. Every bolt they put back in my fenders didn't have lock washers, so they all vibrated out. They was to fix a oil leak, in which it was fixed for approximately 3 hrs into working the machine, then started spewing oil. I took out the dipstick tube in which they where to fix, instead of brazing it like a professional, they tried to weld it in which in return, blew a bunch of holes in it. I got scammed for 6000 dollars. I wouldn't let them work on my bicycle."
