They cleaned carbs but carbs started leaking after they reinstalled them, changed fuel line but didn't change nipple on fuel tank to fit the line properly. "I will drive an hour to have them service any of my watercraft. In and out same day in the middle of their busy season. 100% honest, they could have up charged me and didn't. Brought 2 wave runners we recently purchased to trouble shoot why one wasn't reaching top speed. He discussed all possible issues and called me few hour later letting me know it was fouled spark plug. He also said that the 2nd wave runner oil had just been changed(which I knew) and said he felt like he'd be robbing be to change the oil again so he didn't. Again 100% honest!
