"This place and owner Sam has to be the most unprofessional and fraudulent company I’ve done business with in a long time. Upon service request you will be asked to put credit card on file in order to get an appt (where they do that at?) they will tell you commercial trip charge is $80 and $95 per hr. They stays at my restaurant 5 hours (and only was called to stove (pilot) and gasket on leaking refrigerator I received and invoice for $900 and Harassed by the owner Sam via text email and multiple phone calls. He threatens you to file charges but charges should be filed on him. He stated he had to call multiple men in to do the job but never dated additional fees for help. So I advised he needed to remove the excess charges. He’s the real fraud. Thankful my card declined for the $900 when the real charge $690. WATCH THIS COMPANY my card would hav e been charged for what he felt like that day. My refrigerator still leaked and I sent pics he stated it will be an additional charge. HES THE FRAUD GOAT! BEWARE….. he got paid via cash app I would never give them my credit card! I knew they couldn’t be trusted from the start !"

"My experience was amazing. Not only did they show up when they said they would but they gave me an honest fair evaluation. Sam obviously had many years of experience and knew my unit inside and out. When I asked about repairing something, he evaluated it and told it wasn’t needed. He didn’t try and sell me everything under the sun and repeatedly said he would rather save me money and earn repeat business. Not only has this company earned my business for life but I will continue to recommend them to anyone I know that is looking for an honest and fair HVAC company.
