"Big ist con artist. I will report him to a BBB better business bureau. He shouldn't work in this field. Took my money and didn't fix my gas cook top, he ruined it. Beware! Do not call this company!!"
"I certainly would not rate my most recent experience in a positive way. My dishwasher motor went bad on a 2.5 year old machine and things went downhill from there. To sum it up without going in to every single painstaking detail and weeks of phone calls. I had an appointment for service and they never showed and never called. Turns out the tech was sick. Of course I expect a business to call when they cannot come. My new motor was installed and the machine wouldn’t work right. I complained, they said it was fine but they’d come out and look again and charge me if they found nothing wrong which infuriated me because I know what my dishwasher normally sounds like. Turns out the tech never installed the wash diverter ring which prevented the machine from building sufficient pressure to actually wash dishes. Overall, this experience was below what I consider acceptable. Maytag has plenty of culpability in this situation as well, but that’s more detail than I’ll put here."
"I asked them to fix my dryer and when they came out they said they fixed it but told me to turn the setting down from high to medium. My clothes still weren’t getting dry so I changed the setting back to high. I smelled something burning so I stopped the dryer and asked them to come back out and take another look. He came out and assured nothing was wrong. The very next time I ran the dryer on high it stopped working a few minutes into the cycle. I’ve called and asked them to come out and fix the issue since my dryer will no longer power on and they refuse to come back out. I’m going to dispute the charges on my card since they will not hold up their end of the repair."
"Do NOT use this repair company. I had a repair completed, and it didn’t last 6 weeks. Called the owner Clancie to tell him, and he sent another service technician out to do the same exact repair again. When I questioned being charged again for the same repair he did reduce my charge, but this time the repair didn’t last 2 weeks. I was told parts were covered for 90 days and labor was covered for 30 days. I reached out to Clancie again to tell him the repair didn’t work, and he said it might need another part and asked for my model number. I texted the info and never heard back. A few days later I texted asking for a refund for the last charge since it didn’t last 30 days and never heard back. The next week I called and spoke to Clancie about the issue. I paid for a repair twice and the machine isn’t repaired. I politely asked for a refund on the charge that didn’t last 2 weeks, he told me I wasn’t getting any money back, so I told him I would be sure to leave a review for his company and he hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. He obviously isn’t concerned with customer satisfaction."
"Not sure why the bad reviews. Lots of people say "I didn't answer the phone so they moved on to someone else!" It's a small business, time is money and you're wasting their time by not being responsive. If you're expecting a call, answer the phone. Bought a new Whirlpool Oven and it wasn't set up for LP. Called them out. Got it set up and fixed within a hour. Quick. Efficient and very down to Earth. I, 100%, recommend them."
