"A1roofman started a job for one of my clients while I managed the logistics. I did a google search and found this company. I informed my client that I have not worked with this company so I can not provide any details on their work ethics. I did give my client a fair disclaimer that I do not know anything about this company, only that they are a roofing and gutter company. I do not provide this service so they asked me to find someone for them. I have all texts, pictures and emails saved to show the exchange with this company. I want to simplify this review as much as I can. I went to meet A1roofman at my client’s house. They never showed up. I contacted them and later I received a text stating there was a family emergency. I understand that unexpected events arrive so I told them that I would meet them there he next morning. They were late but did show up. Once work started. I received a text stating all work was done. I went to go review the work and it was not complete!!!! Very shocking that I was lied to. Again, I have text stating they were done, dates and times of images showing that the work was not even close to being complete. Not even close. They left trash all over, one lie after another- again documentation showing all of this. I lost time, money and a client for recommending this company. Even though I did let them know that I have never worked with A1Roofman. ***I do give companies several chances to make things right. I understand that a company might have one bad employee and that they need to correct the problem. I did contact A1roofman Headquarters and they did not resolve the issues. *****"
