I called and spoke with Amber to have a broken spring repaired, she was extremely polite and sent a gentleman named Steve who came out the next day and gave me a full diagnosis of the issue, some helpful tips for garage door maintenance, and told me exactly what he needed to do to make the repair along with an estimate. He even checked my other garage door, put in a temporary brace on the spring while mine was ordered, he lubed the rails to stop the squeaking and replaced the broken spring with a larger one more suited for the heavier weight of the door. All in all I couldn’t have asked Steve and HD Garage Door Services to do a better job, i’ll definitely be a repeat customer. These folks are great!"
