"Asked for a service call after being a long time customer and having spent lots of money with Tom. Service ended up being nothing more than 2 minutes to reset a breaker. His store is 8 minutes away, and when I simply asked for a break on this $75 charge, he very rudely responded, and basically telling me he was fine to lose a customer. I am a very loyal customer to those that respect and treat customers with kindness. I will never recommend him, nor will I give him another penny."

We needed a new hot tub quickly for our renters so Tom came out immediately to see if the hot tub we were interested in buying would fit in the area we wanted to put it in. He went above and beyond to get our hot tub installed in less than a week while other hot tub installers were going to take several weeks to install one. Highly recommend Tom! And his wife was very helpful as well."

"Tom came out several times and said he replaced several parts. Hot tub would not heat up. After spending around $1500.00, he said he did not know what was wrong with it, and the new panel would not work. He worked on it one day and left for around 10 days to go out of country on a trip. Had to call him to come back to continue work. After several trips and paying him for parts and service calls we gave up on him and decided to find someone else. Terrible service!"
