"I have used Total Comfort Systems 3 times for HVAC installation and repair at my home and attached business. I give them a FIVE STAR rating. Great communication with their office, top notch service technicians, and long lasting parts and repair. Be prepared sometimes for then not to show up exactly on time as they are very busy and also handle emergency last minute service. Well worth the wait. They are one of the most honest Contractors I have ever hired. I will never use anyone else for my HVAC system. Do not let the few bad reviews posted here affect you from calling them. If they are not there, James will get back to you."

"My husband and I just bought a home the end of May and we got a home warranty through American Home Shield.....well our AC system isn't working properly. This company was assigned to the job and we never heard from them....when I called the man that answered was very rude and not only that he will not answer call from AHS or return calls. If you don't contract work from them....fine but at least be nice. We are sitting in our living room sweating and paying $400 electric bills!! If I were to use an AC guy it wouldn't be you based on how rude you were!!!"

Sadly, the company has steadily gone downhill since Jeff Gordan has taken the managerial position. Organization, professionalism, dependability, and “exceptional customer service” are no longer present. Jeff schedules appointments and never shows up or lets you know he is not coming. And, don’t believe the owner’s step-daughter Lyndsay either. She is just as untruthful and undependable as Jeff. Give your business to a company whose employees keep their word and strive for customer satisfaction."
