"The company only offers an appointment "window" of 8am - 5pm and cannot provide a more specific time. A no show the first appointment, a 3:48pm arrival the 2nd, rescheduled appointment without any notification. You cannot reach an actual person by phone or chat, so the company itself is not helpful and lacks customer service. The only positive is that the technician(s) were able to get the service approved and completed through the home warranty company. Would not recommend Sears."
