"I took our chainsaw here because of a recommendation by a retired small engine repair owner in the area. Unfortunately, based on reviews and the recommendation, something has changed. We left our chainsaw running, requesting Heath to go through it. I returned after a week. He said he would have it done in a few days. Tried calling to see if it was done yet., no answering machine, no answer. Stopped by again, and door was open, but no one would come to the front. I could see my chainsaw on the floor in pieces. Tried multiple times more to call, but still no answer. We have given up on getting our chainsaw back."
