"Do not move here. The people that work here LIE about availability and pricing just to get you to apply and pay a ton of money, and then they never deliver. I went back and forth with Rhonda and Dionne for over 2 months after I applied for a unit I was told *in writing* that I would be getting, just to have them scam me and tell me nothing was available. If you do any kind of business with these people GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING because they can be fraudulent and will try to scam you."

"We have lived at Grayson Park for almost two years. It’s a quiet and safe community and is located close to everything from restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. Just about anything you need is near. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and professionally. We like living here and would highly recommend this complex to anybody. People in the office are helpful and very friendly. In the time we have lived here we have seen nothing that would concern us. We hope to be here for more years to come."

"I’ve stayed here for about a year and it was okay, I mean it’s an apartment. I have a few gripes with the apartment complex, such as my bathroom flooding (the upstairs neighbour flooded into the apartment), the mailboxes being a pain in the rear to open, etc. The office people were very nice however."
