"Believe every single negative review you see because this is the WORST complex ever. The breezeways have trash, stains and are disgusting always. Valet trash is horrible and will mishandle trash bags so the trash gets everywhere. The mailbox trash is always overflowing and the compactor too. The gates never work and are always broken but never fixed. Constant emails from management reprimanding residents about the trash when the ball is being dropped on the maintenance side. The WiFi sucks but is charged with rent so you have to pay for it. The doors aren’t even insulated in the apartment and causes the electric bill to be outrageous because the insulation is so bad. Not even kidding could see the outside from underneath my front and patio doors. For $2,000 a month for a 2 bedroom do yourself a favor and find some actual nice apartments and save yourself the headache of horrible management and half a** maintenance. Glad I moved out of this place."
