After touring many, many places, I was impressed by how the two people on the leasing team that helped us were especially hospitable. One of the leasing agents was so sweet. She went above and beyond taking so much time showing us the different units to my family. She was extremely patient answering all of our questions. We’ve been really happy with our experience here. I’ve been really impressed with the leasing team and overall experience living here. I’m glad we chose to move to Iris!"

"The complex is beautiful and the office staff is great. Maintenance could definitely be Better. They entered my unit without my permission or leaving a note before and told me days later when I was walking my dog that he was in my apartment a few days ago? I also had a mouse that they caught in my unit. The coffee shops customer POUR into the leasing office and completely took over our area by the printers and the whole leasing office area. Even by the door entrance to the complex. We can’t even enjoy the study area right there and it’s so loud. You would think they wouldn’t be aloud in that space. That is super frustrating smh. Other than that. The neighbors are friendly here, it’s quiet, office staff is wonderful and the events they are doing for the residents are awesome. I just hope they fix the situation about the strangers hanging out in our leasing area."

"Having worked in the industry for many years I am very familiar with the apartment options in Atlanta. Iris was by far the best combination of tour experience, amenities, floor plans, and finishes. I toured the community and applied the very next day. DJ was friendly and helpful and the whole leasing team was prompt to respond to any question or concern. The rates were fair, even more so with the promotion. The move in process was smooth. Package receipt through Fetch has been totally seamless. The community is clean and the courtyard and common spaces make you feel like you’re in a retreat. I love that the whole place is pet-friendly. Literally nothing beats having a coffee shop in the building. This is the nicest place I have ever toured/lived. I am so happy with my decision to move in here. As one of my neighbors put it, there are “too many amenities.” Thrilled to be an early resident here and will continue to evangelize Iris O4W."

"I’ve recently toured this incredible mid rise community “Iris Fourth Ward.” It’s located around the Belt line and bunch of restaurants. “Iris Fourth Ward” has a lot to offer in regards to the best amenities that Atlanta has to offer. I was able to toured one of the Penthouse's and to be quite frank, I was sold the moment I enter the unit. Beautiful view of the city. The property is very modern and has a great gym for someone like me who likes to workout daily. The agent, DJ went above and beyond to make sure all the dots made sense before moving day. From the moment I stepped foot into the property, I was greeted by K with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel instantly at home. The apartment complex boasts an impressive range of amenities, all tailored to provide residents with a comfortable and convenient lifestyle. The well-maintained pool and fitness center are perfect for those seeking relaxation and wellness, while the beautifully landscaped grounds create a serene environment for peaceful walks or enjoying a picnic. Not the mention their mud room where you can wash your pets and do pets laundry with WASHER & DRYER. Oh they also have LG steam cleaning closet in the mud room where you can steam clean your delicate clothing. One of the things that particularly impressed me about this complex is the responsive and attentive leasing agents. K was friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Any issue or concern I had was promptly addressed, making me feel valued and taken care of as a resident. Speaking of the apartments themselves, they are modern, spacious, luxurious and stylishly designed. The open floor plans allow for ample natural light, creating a bright and airy living space. The units are well-equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and fixtures, making day-to-day living a breeze. Great location. Near ponce city market and so many places to walk the dogs and take nice strolls. I love it here!"
