"Marketed as great for dogs, however this dangerous work zone has been in the Dogpark for more than 14 months with full access to dogs. Several dogs have had to receive stitches. Most recently a dog had 12 stitches. A day after the management responded that they are “sorry” after 18 months of dangerous equipment exposed to people and dogs in Block Lofts. The bleach and equipment remain out, exposed, and dangerous. ."

"You can let the block lofts reviews speak for themselves, but one part about living in this community that deserves 5 stars is our maintenance team. Krassi & his team are timely, efficient, and friendly. Krassi is a local superstar at Block Lofts & always going above and beyond for the residents. Grateful for the maintenance & service crew on site"

"As a resident at the Block Lofts, the most important asset in service is their Staff for both maintenance and representatives for leasing. About 2 months ago at around 10pm on a Sunday night, one of the water pipes that feeds the water heater bursted and within 2 minutes my apart ent was getting inundated, thankfully, I was able to contact Krassi from maintenance and not 3 minutes went by when he showed up and not only stopped the leaking, but he also coordinated for my carpet to get cleaned and dry. As for Justin Jones from leasing he has always gone out of his way to not only make regular everyday nuisances like mail, service for the apartment, but always doing it with great professionalism and respectful manner. I really owe these guys a 10 star review, but the highest is half of what they deserve."

"The five star reviews are not real. Coming from someone whose actually experienced time at this property DO NOT MOVE HERE SAVE YOURSELF. Everyone at the leasing office is unresponsive and unwilling to help you when you need it. The only people that respond are maintenance and even that takes a while. They having a really bad and ineffective parking pass systems for guests. You have to go down to the leasing office and get a piece of paper every month or you will get booted or towed, even if it was wrongly booted they still won’t help you. It’s not worth it."

"Do not live here. I’m noticing a lot of 5-star reviews from people who haven’t even moved in yet, which leads me to believe that the leasing office is incentivizing potential tenants to leave good reviews simply based on a tour? Once you move in, you will encounter so many headaches related to renovations that have been taking place for years and there doesn’t seem to be an end in sight. I had my windows replaced and the construction team left our home covered in wood shavings and nails and screws. The property is always covered in construction debris, broken glass and giant dumpsters, yet the rent increases every year. The pool is closed indefinitely for the summer due to construction, even though they could’ve waited to start renovations until cooler months. The dog park is a muddy pit covered in glass. You will still be obligated to pay your full amenity fee though! I asked management if they would consider a reduced amenity fee since these facilities are closed indefinitely - no response yet. I have emailed the leasing office on four separate occasions to address these concerns, and I have yet to receive a response or even acknowledgement. I will admit, our maintenance team is great - perhaps the only positive experience we’ve had while living here other than the location. Management is unresponsive, and living here is a rip off. Our units are old and outdated, all our money is going towards making the complex exterior appear nicer than the interior."
