"Lived here for 1 Year +. I must say if you can afford to live anywhere else literally anywhere I would leave. Management is constantly always changing in which they never have any record of what previous management did. They raise the rent on my unit $100 after a A/C unit failed, a fridgerator failed causing all my food to spoil. They replaced with same units not upgrades and said they are raising rent to keep up with market prices. This place is extremely infested with roaches no matter how clean your unit is they are tunneled through the entire building so even if you are clean you will still see them. They charge you for pest control but never ever spray and I've lived here for over a year and never seen a single person spray. They have strays running around that are infested with fleas so be very careful if they ever touch you. Most units are outdated with cheap carpet or very cheap plastic wood. The hallways are all dirty and infested with roaches because none of the doors to the apartment buildings never close. The pool took 1 whole month into summer to officially open. Again I repeat if you can afford anywhere else please go there instead."

"This apartment is a fantastic place to call home. The well-designed unit offers plenty of space and comfortable living for students. The officer is friendly. Overall, this apartment is an excellent value for the price and provides a fantastic living experience."

"If possible, I would rate a zero star.. The property manager is such an uncivilized, and unpleasant lady. They continue to tack on more costs while blocking online payments. Although I did sign the lease and pay the application fees, they claimed I did not. She said something rashly. she is a bigot and has a great deal of animosity for people ."

"They keep on adding extra cost for no reason. I complained, and they claimed that no new lease had been signed. The new manager lacks the skills necessary to oversee an apartment complex. She was really harsh when I was complaining and told me to leave her office. Who does that? She doesn't hide the fact that she is a racist and she is open about her hatred for Africans. Spits"

"This is a nice place with a lot of good perks. It's close to Emory University and great for students looking for a place on a budget. It's obviously much older and not as newly renovated as some of the other complexes in the area, but the overall experience is a nice, affordable neighborhood. My only complaint is the laundry room, which is small for the number of people who need to use it."
