The new leasing agents always have unwarranted attitudes for DOING THERE JOB, speak to you in any kind of tone and just don’t care. Not to mention the countless homeless population that lives nearby that constantly digs through residents trash. Don’t move here unless you want to deal with attitudes and homeless people"

"The property management is horrible! Jim in particular is the absolute worst! They have been made aware, several times, about homeless people camping out in the stairwells and they also sleep on our rooftop sofas. The gates never work, the call box door in the garage is never locked. Our safety is continuously being compromised and they sit and do nothing. I’ve sent videos of a young man wearing a glove reaching for door handles, all caught on camera. No response back whatsoever! I’ve been a resident here since 2020 and American Landmark property management has run this place into the ground. Sherry, who is the corporate manager is even worse. I have several videos and emails between myself and management that will expose their lack of professionalism and transparency. I could go on and on but in closing DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!"
