"I’ve been living in Garden view for a few years and the assistance I’ve received from Bridgette and Megan in the leasing office is second to none. Maintenance request are timely, and you can’t beat the location and scenery."

"I have enjoyed living at Gardenview. I have had no issues with the staff, they have always been extremely helpful and outgoing. The community is rather chill and quiet. Maintenance is pretty prompt in resolving request, and property is well maintained and presentable. If you’re looking for a place, I’d recommend the property."

"A cozy, quiet property tucked away from the main road. Any maintenance issue are handled quickly and efficiently. The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Bridgette. This is the 2nd property where I chose to live specifically because it was under her management."

"I was visiting a friend of mine in her unit one day and notice some leakage come down her wall in one of her rooms which lead to an horrible smell(like mildew), then I notice some many other things that should not be happening. I ask her does your office know about the living conditions here, she said yes it’s hard to get it done right away it’s always a waiting period. This place needs a thorough inspection this is not healthy at all. The rent is extremely high to deal with such matters. I will continue to reach out until something is done about these units. How can this be acceptable? I even noticed busted windows that’s not safe! Operate & fix these deplorable units according to the extensive rent that is charged to live here. I will continue to reach out until something is done. Thank you"

"I wanted to let Braden Fellman know about one of their Leasing Managers - Ms. Bridgette Jackson. She is awesome awesome awesome. She's always been very nice to me since day one and I have noticed her being the same at the leasing office with the other tenants. I've read the reviews on Braden Fellman and they were not nice, so my suggestion would be to hire more like Ms. Jackson. I served in the military so I know when someone is shooting straight from the hip, and that's how Bridgette is all the time. Most people would not like her because of her honesty, but Braden Fellman should be glad to have her because of her honesty. Matter of fact every company should want honest people working for them. I wanted to let Braden Fellman know that Bridgette Jackson is the reason I have rented one of their properties since 2014. I love the location but I will take great customer service over location everytime. Thanks, Archie"
