"I have been staying at Parkside at for a few years now and have constantly had issues with the previous rental team! I considered moving so many times it was ridiculous. I was beyond grateful that our old rental team was dismissed. Giving us our current rental team Ms.Tyra Johnson and Ms. Aleta Robinson was one of the best decisions Parkside had done! When I first moved in I had so many problems dealing with my apartment that was never taken seriously and took forever to be fixed. When Ms. Tyra Johnson and Ms. Aleta Robinson started they handled so many issues within 2 months of being in the office. I am very appreciative and thankful that they are doing amazing things at this property."

"I really am in disbelief.. the professionalism has me baffled. I do understand it’s the holiday weekend but to have us prepared to move today and getting no communication of closing early has put us in a bind. We only had this weekend to take care of this. We had furniture and appliances coming tomorrow. We took off work early and notified you we were doing this and we couldn’t receive any type of communication. We now have to figure out where to go where to put our things reschedule deliveries and risk our jobs because we will have to call in on a day after a holiday we work in the medical field and this is not acceptable. I’m really lost for words…"

"It’s a no for me dawg. Pros: nice sized apartments at a decent price that’s close to the city. Cons: everything else! People in the leasing office for some reason don’t want to answer the phone but will catch an attitude when you show up in person. The cameras don’t work when your package gets stolen or when there’s children egging your door, but throw away some big items I.e. bed frames and dressers and all of sudden you got a $100 fee because SURPRISE! The cameras do work! Man look; you’ll have your mix of people decent and not so decent, the hallways stay dirty all the time though they have people to clean them, and the elevator stays broke. But if you can get past all that then you got a decent place to live. Just remember to spray for roaches!"
