"if I could give ZERO stars I would! I've been a tenant for about 3 years... I currently live above functional substance abusers who lives comfortably with pest/roaches! I've complained numerous of times about pest & no one in the leasing office gives a damn. My hall bathroom has been leaking for the past 2 weeks, wet and soft ceiling, visible mold and mildew; I guess the roof had to fall in a hit my daughter and I in the damn head before somebody does something. Today is October 30, 2023, they want their $1200 faithfully in the first & they're going to religiously charge a late fee on the 3rd. I have 2 days to pay rent, but these mf got forever to never fix a maintenance issue, no credit on account. NOTHING. SMH, JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL!!"

"The RUDEST female in that rent office Tamika Bunnell!!! Beyond rude, funky attitude, the nerve to charge all million extra charges to live with rats running all around the apartments. Running through the halls, taking over the trash and play grounds. Pedestrian walk does not work, maintenance does not fix nothing! Not to mention they move you in when they know the apartment is not ready and then try to blame you! Then Pest Control comes out of rent, but yet instead why they have not been in the apartments yet, I haven't seen a truck or nothing. Then the work orders DO NOT GET ANSWERED!!!! TAMIKA BUNNELL needs some CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES IMMEDIATELY!! IF she is the representation of Ashley Auburn Pointe she needs to be removed!!!! Sherly is no better!! She will transfer your call so fast to Tamika and then it definitely goes wrong from there!!!! We paying to much to live with rats and rude females in the rent office!!!! Please get Corey back!!! Why did yall even allow the only person with outstanding customer service leave? The worst place ever to move!!!!!"
