"Great place to call home! It's affordable in a prime location. Close for work and shopping and the Marta. Maintenance responds quickly to my work orders and the office tends to put on fun events where I can grab a bite to eat or snack. So glad I can call this place home."

"I live at Hub Atlanta. I park my car at 100 Midtown but unfortunately the side garage door in the alley has been broken for a long time. Everytime I want to access my car I have to walk all the way around which is annoying. They promised me when I bought the parking pass that it would be functioning but it’s been a week and a half and they don’t care. I keep calling them and they won’t give me a time frame or anything. For the $125 a month it’s super frustrating having to deal with them."

"For nearly 1300 a month, I don't expect much luxury. But even the more mundane stuff left much to be desired. While maintenance did help to some extent, problems with AC and bathroom are still popping up. They also did quite a poor job of informing about potential disruptions. Right now the water is completely cut off because they are repairing the garage, and they didn't think to inform us about that until after the water has been cut off."

"For $1200 a month, it was a horrible return on investment. Place stinks, garbage is everywhere, people steal clothes from washer/dryer. The washer and dryers in the apartment barely work and maintenance workers aren’t equipped to fix things. Most importantly, the office is unresponsive. I left in August and was told my security desposit would be mailed to me in 1-2 months. Its almost december and that hasnt happened. My hope is that by seeing this review 100 midtown will actually return my emails/calls so we can sort this out"
