"I ordered something online and decided to pick it up after work as I was very excited about starting my new hobby. I saw that curbside was offered. I clicked the link "on my way". About 10 minutes after I clicked the link I got a text message saying I had pick up my order. So, I go in to let them know I didn't pick it up. The employee I met coming in told me "we can't leave that on the system more than 30 minutes". When I responded, "I work less than 10 minutes away". The employee shrugged his shoulders. I took it as he didn't care as long as long as it showed that it was picked up before the 30 minutes. I believe they didn't want to bring it out so, they put it as picked up. I couldn't let them know iw I was outside because I was already at the "picked up" status. I don't usually write reviews but this really upset me. What has happened to customer service"

"Love this place for the way they actually honor their discounts. It may not be epic in size but online shopping opens up the entire inventory despite its smaller, some of the deals you can catch even just wandering in are phenomenal. The staff is fantastic and the site is always clean and well ordered."

"Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Even pointed out an item I had in my arms, to buy, were on sale buy one get two free. I'll definitely be shopping there again."

"Not sure if this review will matter or if anyone at the store will see this but had to post as a reminder to give people grace and BE KIND. The cashier was so rude and mean to my 87 year old grandma today and MADE HER CRY. She is the sweetest human on the face of the planet but is a little slow at checkout with technology and her card.. shame on you for rushing and acting frustrated. We will all grow to be old one day and my heart is sad! BE BETTER!!!!"

"Love this location, even though it's smaller than other stores I've shopped at. The employees have been very helpful and kind. I like the self-checkout systems at this location, they have big, easy to read screens and are easy to use."
