"I've never been so disappointed, stressed out and angry as I have been over the past 5 months from contracting with Home Depot for the rebuild of multiple bathrooms after a plumbing catastrophe. The contractor was dishonest and nonresponsive from Day 1. After dozens of attempts to get Home Depot to respond to my case for assistance I learned that The Home Depot wasn't a good custodian of our money as we were told that they would be. Too bad that I can't give them zero stars. BEWARE!"

"Ordered Pine straw online for curbside pickup. Got a text saying to alert them when I arrived, I did, three times, 30 minutes later no one has shown up. Finally call them, they don't apologize and just say they'll call someone and hang up. Super rude."

"This is the worst Home Depot my husband and I have ever been to. I would give it zero stars if that were an option. We just bought a house and we decided to go through Home Depot using their services and their credit deal. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen, and they take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to even help you. Their supplies are always understocked. They didn't finish our carpeting and instead of coming back to finish for free they wanted to charge us even more for a job that should have been done in the first place! We had to set it up 3 separate times for them to come do the insulation in our attics and they were a no show every time. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this Home Depot."
