"Bad customer service. Did not have order picked after sending me a message it was ready for pickup. Didnt even have order stocked despite inventory showing they had enough. No communication. Tried to give me store credit. I will never go back."

"This was the Hamilton Place store.... What a difference in employees attitude. Because it's not the store go to the most, I needed assistance a couple of times. I interrupted the work they were doing to ask for the information I needed. I never got a hint that I was resented for the interruption. They were happy, friendly, and didn't rush away or show any sign of wanting me to go away. I enjoyed my shopping experience in this store. That's something I haven't said about Michaels in a long time."

"Update: I hope you get the cashier Carrie when you visit, what a doll, she was so kind & even helped get my balance down when my card declined (just needed to cashapp) but nonetheless she got my total down to within the amount of cash I had. So nice!!! Always have plenty of success in this store, from the assistance to the supplies. Wish it carried other items or more of certain ones but other than that, Michael's is all good."

"Michael's was a pleasant surprise today. They have done some remodeling and created a kids crafting section, which is wonderful. Their floral area was very well stocked, as was most of the store. Easter items were prominently displayed in the front, and 40% off. I do like their loyalty program as they send frequent coupons so I can get what I need when I need it and don't have to wait for a sale. Super friendly and helpful staff too."
