"My son stayed there 2 years. After the first year he got an 18% rent increase. Upon moving out we were charged a $150 cleaning fee, a $65 Carpet cleaning fee and a $200 tub re glaze fee. My wife and I moved my son out. we left the apartment clean. I dont know how a 20 year old wears the glaze off a tub...Forget your deposit when you move in."

"I would recommend Huntingdon Apartments! Faith, was very sweet and she went above and beyond for me. I had applied to Huntingdon Apartments, but while waiting for my employment verification to come back to them, I had originally already applied somewhere else. I kept making calls to the other apartment because I had already made a deposit, but never got answer for almost 2 weeks. It was getting to the point where I knew I would have to make a decision quickly. As stated earlier, Faith went above and beyond because she followed up with me daily to see if I heard anything and to let me know she still had an apartment available. She stated according to the approval letter I had 24-48 hours to make a decision. Although I know it was past the 48 hours mark, she showed that she was concerned and wanted to make sure I had a place to live. I was finally able to get in touch with whom I had paid my money to, but again Faith was right there ready to welcome me to Huntingdon Apts. If I move again, I will definitely choose Huntingdon. Thanks again Faith! I appreciate your sweet and caring spirit."

"This moving experience has been by far the easiest move I have ever done. I relocated for work and had less than one week to find a place to live. The mail challenged I faced was living 8 hours away from Albany so viewing the property in person wasn't an option. The manager, Faith, was so sweet and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond her role and communicated with me 2-3 times a day to inform me of any updates to my case. I would 100% recommend this property to individuals looking to move."

"I fell in love with the floor plan of this apartment but couldn’t commit right away. Jalyn (property manager) , kept me up to date on current availabilities, made sure I knew of other options in the complex that could also suit my needs, and was very hands on and efficient with my move in process. Her and the maintenance team are quick and responsive to all questions and concerns. I moved in on January and this has been one of my most pleasurable experiences in a complex in Albany. It’s clean, quite, kid friendly, safe, and the staff along with Jalyn are friendly."

"Huntingdon Apartments has been my home now for 3 years. I can’t say enough great things about the Property Manager (Lacy) and the Maintenance (Jeorge). They have both gone above and beyond the call of duty. I never have to wait if I have maintenance that has to be done, I trust knowing Jeorge will do whatever it takes to get the job fixed. Lacy is awesome, is always available if I need her. Both of them have the best attitude and greet you with a smile. I may be a tenant but here they make you feel more like family. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!"
