"Spent a lot of money with Home Depot Home Services. Over $50,000 in windows alone. No more, never, ever. They talk a great line but deliver garbage. First round of windows was for my own home. The crew they sent out used cheap latex caulk which quickly started peeling off the windows. Should have received completed new wrap and trim but instead they replaced the caulk piecemeal as it peeled so now I have to inspect my three story home and call each time caulk fails. In other words, the burden is on me. Second round of windows was iffy but I have them Home Depot a chance. Big mistake. These windows were for my son. Most of the windows were white but some had an interior color of cherry to match the wood paneling in my son's home office. Despite numerous attempts to correct it, they charged me extra for the different windows but sent plain white ones. Even when the installers showed up they had all white windows. So I paid extra for wood colored trim, didn't get them, and had to wait for the wood color windows to show up. Finally Home Depot Home Services called to schedule an appointment for final installation. Time comes, I'm there, they don't show. Wait an hour past the time and no one shows. Called the coordinator. Not there. Emailed the coordinator, no reply. Called the back up person referenced in the voice message, not there. Wasted my entire morning! Finally got a call from my daughter in law saying they arrived - an hour late and after I was almost home. Guy said he tried to call but it went to voicemail. Right, Uh huh. Then there should be a message, right? No more home service from Home Depot. Their act is flaky and service is poor."

"Forklift loading service (Philip) is bad waited a hour and had to call them twice for Sheetrock just to tell me they didn’t receive a call and couldn’t load them on my flatbed f350 so I returned all Sheetrock back"

"In general, I find the service at Home Depots spotty. However, I was extremely pleased with the one in Cumming. I called first and talked to a young guy in flooring. He was incredibly helpful. I subsequently visited, bought several boxes of stick on vinyl tiles, and the following day turned the floor in an unfinished storage room from gross to fantastic in a couple of hours and for less than $80. Not sure I would have tackled the project without the help he provided."

"Bought carpet from the store at the end of January they went to install it and had a spot. Home Depot said they would re-order it and get it installed quickly. 3 weeks later and 6 weeks overall still no carpet and I keep getting the run around that is has shipped to the installer buy no one knows where it is. Buyer beware on their customer service and responsiveness"
