"Do not use this company! If I could give negative stars believe me, I would! The realtor I dealt with flat out lied to me regarding available services in the area. The lies she told were used in my decision to rent a house from them. When I first met her I thought this was going to be a great company to work with. However, after the initial meeting they were impossible to reach and I had almost given up hope of finding a house in the area. She refused to answer any calls for over 2 weeks. After I was able to re-establish contact she confirmed information that she had given the first time we met and I set a date to sign the lease. When I arrived to sign the lease, it was incorrect and she had to fix several things that has been in the lease she sent over for review. Including the fact that the initial lease stated that water was included. Not only was water not included (as stated it would be in the initial lease she sent for review) it cost me an extra $150 to have the water turned on. Fast forward past the signing of the lease - I called the number THAT SHE PROVIDED to set up internet service (which is required for my job) and they say they don't offer service for this house. They told me to call a different company because that company has the contract for the house. So I call the company and they don't offer service either. I called the realtor to let her know that I have a problem because she lied to me and I can't do my job effectively. She started yelling and told me I wasn't being professional and she didn't like what I was saying. She said she bent over backwards for me and I asked her if not answering calls for two weeks was part of that. She replied that "Well I do have a life." She also has a business and apparently doesn't want any customers. I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."
