"I recently applied to rent an apartment at Bowman and initially, I was pleased with the process. I received two emails stating that I was approved, and I was looking forward to moving in December 15th. However, my experience took a sharp turn when the communication abruptly stopped. My calls and emails went unanswered, and I was later informed that I had supposedly had an eviction on my report, which came as a complete surprise to me because it wasn’t the truth. I called asking for clarity but was told Susana would have answers for me & call me back. I applied for another rental property & got approved so when I got a copy of my tenant screening, there was no eviction on my report. The lack of transparency and sudden change in communication was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I was left feeling confused and frustrated by the entire experience. I would have appreciated clearer and more respectful communication throughout the process. Making me believe race played a part in the decision. I hope that future applicants have a more positive experience, as my own experience fell far short of my expectations. Edit: I received a refund so obviously there was no eviction. Bad for business."

"I've lived in 4 different apartment communities in Macon over the last 8 years. Even though I loved living in Downtown apartments for walkability reasons, Bowman Station offered the nicest apartment for the best price in the city. The community is quiet and well insulated, the staff are communicative and helpful, and the units are incredibly spacious and recently renovated. I'd certainly recommend this community to anyone looking to rent in the North Macon area!"

"I've been living here at Bowman Station and we have loved it. Recently I've had issues with mold in my toilets, black mold in the ceiling near the vent front door. Even given that my daughter and I love it here. I'm 65 and would love to retire but the prices of rent have increased so high it makes it hard to manage. It would be great if Pegasus would "Grandfather " residents that have been here since they opened and not increase rent as they have. Love Keith and Wayne! Slightly disappointed at the office and lack of communication regarding renewal. We do love our apartment!"

"It has been one official year of living here at Bowman Station. I'd like to start off by saying, the managing office does a very good job at letting the residents know of the duties that have to occurring order to better the quality of life here. Additionally, the maintenance crew does an exceptional job at keeping the apartment community clean and presentable. Also, the pool has been nothing but amazing and enjoyable the entire summer. We just renewed our lease for yet another year here at Bowman Station. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who loves a quiet and close community."
