"It was very nice and clean liana was very nice and informative the only thing I dont like is that they have the price listed as one thing but once u do the application and get approved the rent gets jacked up so the price listed is is 948 okay when its 950 plus 50 for amenities and not to mention water and trash is not included so all together it 1025 why not just list that price instead..... I hate it when people and business try to be sneaky and manipulative my light bill is sky high been waiting over 6 months and still no tech has came off... every other day the water gets shut off even if your bill is paid... they blame it on leaking pipes..... don't waste ur time or money"

"Our luxury apartment home is now exactly that: LUXURIOUS! Why all the exuberant jubilance you ask? Simple, Our A.C Unit is now fully functional!!! Praise God! I'm talkin all new! All new components and condensation unit! Now,I can honestly say that the "Park at Northside" are well on their way to reclaiming their position as an A+ apartment community! Finally, the office staff and the newly formed Maintenance team are"jellin" MORGAN PROPERTIES? All I can say is"wow"! What a comeback! What a way to bounce back and come back...stronger than ever! Of course you do both realize and understand that I knew you would do this very thing-all along! I'm glad me and my wife and kids made the decision to relocate to this fine apartment community! A decision that I do not regret. Thanks to everyone on staff. I understand that you all were faced with fierce opposition( of which you all handled with sheer professionalism) never turning residents away; always sympathetic and reassuring while diligently searching for a solution. No matter the obstacles, the challenges,or the ever present"disgruntled" foul month resident...you all confronted these months of insurmountable odds only to rise out of the ashes of murphy's law to once again witness the sunshine and rainbows of the dawn of a day when you all can look upon one another" as a team" a well oiled,fine tuned machine" and say to each other,"GOOD JOB"! JOB WELL DONE! WHAT A WEEK OF BOTH ACCOMPLISHMENT & ACHIEVEMENT! KNOWING THAT AT THE END OF THE DAY( IF NOT WORK WEEK) THAT YOU ALL DIDN'T JUST MEET YOUR RESIDENTS EXPECTATIONS YOU ALL FAR EXCEEDED THEM!! WHILE THIS TEAM ARE UNIFIED, YOU'D BETTER DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LEASE YOURSELF A LUXURY APARTMENT HERE, NOW!! DON'T WAIT! DON'T HESITATE! "This is a review for the best Staff member in the office Ms.Kiki she always smiling and very helpful Ms.Kiki have excellent customer service . Yeah u can always call her and she will answer all your questions or get the answer for you. Every time you see Ms Kiki she is working and helping out in the field. She need to have the property by herself she do it all . She even do beyond what she supposed to do in the park apartments community . She need Ms a promotion and raise . She is a Wonderful Blessed person"
