Reviews of The Patrician at Bonaire
"Apartments are nice, but in my opinion, not worth the current price. Pros- the apartment was cozy. Maintenance is fast and friendly, I have absolutely no complaints there - the AC went out one day and I had immediate same day help with a window unit and a quick fix once a part for the AC unit came in. Any other issues I had got resolved very quickly, usually same-day. Neighbors were nice and the complex is generally very quiet and peaceful, besides police and ambulance sirens on the main highway. The gym and pool are small but do the job. Front desk staff are nice and usually very helpful. Cons- my specific apartment was hastily renovated with cabinets that loosened and hung off over time and needed to constantly be screwed back in, room thresholds that constantly had nails come up and loosen, dangerous for pets. Vinyl flooring that needed to be re-glued down more than once, and my ceiling was stained in several places from water damage that had been fixed, but not repainted. The location also suffers with traffic, especially trying to get in and out the complex. In the afternoon, in peak hours, it can be extremely annoying to leave or come back. As of mid-to-late 2022, the only really big issue is that you are paying solely for the midtown Bonaire location. 1100 - 1200 dollars for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, 680 sq ft, is a bit high. There are other places in the Warner Robins area that are currently offering larger apartments for less money. I couldn't justify the cost staying here, and was able to find somewhere else that gave me a much higher sq ft. apartment for slightly less monthly rent. Overall, if you have the money to burn and REALLY want the location, it's a nice place to live with good staff and service. But if you're willing to move ten minutes away, prices can be much lower for similar quality apartments."
"Nice place ran by nice people. Open communication leads to better service. Be sure to provide notice if you are not renewing your lease it will bite you. I made that mistake. The office is nice about it though. Had a bit of a bug problem, but all the bugs were dead when we found them, just bad sealing witch is easily fixable. Maintenance is adequate. Had some low priority items that never really got resolved before we left but for big deal things like AC and Water they are very responsive so I was happy."
"Old apartments, the AC and dishwasher leak and cabinets are falling apart. It used to be ok as Castlegate but ever since the Patrician bought them it’s been awful. The rent has gone up and the service has gone down. You can’t even call your local office on the phone, it redirects to central where they never know anything about the local units and are utterly unhelpful. They always say they’ll pass along the message to the local office but I never get any replies so I don’t think they do. Their app is the only way to pay rent and it’s very broken, it won’t stay on auto pay and sometimes doesn’t even take payments, I honestly think it’s just a scam to try to charge late fees. Worse service I’ve ever received by far."
"This place deserves no stars. Only go here if it's your last option then consider living in your car. Management allows drug activity to take place even after reporting it for months. Please know that the apartments do not look like the website. There's only a few apartments that have been renovated. The apartments are very old. The pool doesn't look like the pictures either. When you leave after months of complaining about your neighbor doing drugs and the smell coming into your apartment they try to make you pay for breaking your lease. I could go on with this review but your better living in your car. Below are pictures of the kitchen and mold that was in my apartment."
"They are very nice they don't take felons but there are conditions that such things can be accepted when some circumstances!it's a really good place for really good people let's just say that. It's really nice to live in a place that has a lot of safety!^^"
