"I have lived at Timber Wood Apartments going on 4 years. I love Timber Wood The apartments are nice and well maintained. Beverly, the apartment manager is awesome. She is really in top of things and makes sure she keeps the property well maintained. She really strives to take care of all residents needs and maintenance requests. She is by far the most outstanding property manager I have ever dealt with."

"Timberwood Apartments has a very nice location near downtown Perry with easy access to I75. Being close to the interstate there is some noise, but overall noise from other tenants it is usually quiet. While I've lived here there has been little to no crime. Beverly Cooper, the leasing manager, does a great job in taking care of the complex and her residents. She tries her best to address issues that are made known to her. Unfortunately, a maintenance manager has been a revolving door issue due to one reason or another. Beverly still tries her best to help her residents even though it is not part of her job. Beverly is the reason I would recommend Timberwood Apartments as she tries her best to keep the place up. Price may seem a little high compared to the amenities that are available; however, it is one of the lowest if not the lowest complex to rent from in the nearby area. Beverly may be the reason I am still here, but Elon could do better to help. Raising the rent without providing additional amenities and not providing sufficient resources to maintain a maintenance manager makes her job harder. Hope they will help her out as they have a great employee in her; she has earned many residents' loyalty and are the reason Elon still has certain residents."

"I certainly feel that when someone is not happy with a product or service, they will be quick to vent and complain, but the positive service needs to be recognized just as much. I'd like to recognize Beverly in the leasing office here at Timberwood. If you have an issue with something and you address it to her, she is on top of it. Attentive and responsive to needs. The apartment property is a smaller complex but well kept and quiet. Parking spaces are ample. The apartments are in a great location. Perry is less congested and away from busy traffic and businesses but still close to nearby shops for your shopping needs and restaurants and easy access to nearby interstate. I would recommend Timberwood for your convenient apartment living."

"Me and my boyfriend moved in about 2 months ago and so far it’s been great, it’s close to everything you need and it’s all in walking distance. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and friendly, Ms. Beverly is amazing and if anything happens or if you need maintenance done her and the maintenance man are always on it. Hopefully after my first year here I’ll try for a one bedroom. The apartments are very affordable and personal I like my studio but I would love to be able to upgrade to something alil bigger for me and my partner."

"I have lived at the apartments for about 6 months now, and I love it. The environment is very safe, next to all the shops, and even if the apartment is not as big as I am used to, it is nice for the price. Beverly Cooper in the office is amazing. Anytime I need anything, she is there. She even goes the extra mile to stop and say hello when I am driving to work, or walking to the dumpster. I love being at a place I can call home and a staff that cares about their tenants. I have seen Beverly go above and beyond. Love this place!"
