"I've been here 5 years! When Jessi was here everything was great! Now we have someone new in the office & it's horrible. They are not kid friendly! They don't allow kids to ride bikes outside, she wants them to only play on that broke down playground they have out here! It's horrible, I'm glad I'm moving soon. So they're about to have open availability!"

"The management is terrible here.. the property manger is a cry baby all she do is complain how loud my car is. I can’t help that I drive a v8 that’s loud. The maintenance man cool we chop it up all the time but the property manager SUCKKSSS"

"I have loved living here the last 10 months. The apartment manager, Sandie, is always on top of things and very helpful. The tenants are very quiet and respectful. The dumpsters never overflow. There’s always ample parking spots. Great resources like in-home or community laundry, pool, fitness center, dog park, and playground. The maintenence man, Anthony, went above and beyond when we had plumbing issues. They have a timely response to all maintenence issues even at night and on the weekends. My neighbors watch out for each other and always say hello. The apartments might be older but they are more renovated than others and overall was the best move I ever made."

"I have been living here over 4 years. This apartment complex was a great place to live when we had Jessi as management. If you had maintenance issues you did not have to constantly call the office to get things fixed.. The new lady is terrible !! She will talk over you when you complain about a maintenance issues. She constantly cuts you off when you're talking. Maintenance only wants to patch things up, This place is definitely not the same for the amount of rent you have to pay. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!"

"Me and my family been living here for 2 years and all of sudden management is terrible! I had mold in my windows for months before somebody fixed it while i was pregnant and i came back home from vacation with my floor soaked and wet cause my hot water is leaking and asked for them to fix it!!! For all the money you for rent this place should be a lot better!!!"
