"Not sure what happened to this place but it used to be really nice to live here. Now, maintenance takes 10 days to fix simple issues and they want to charge you for it, no one ever answers the phone, we get last minute emails for repairs that they know about. All week, they’ve been turning the water off for repairs!!! Kinda irritating especially when you’re washing clothes and cleaning."

"Have not moved in yet BUT my experience so far has been very assuring! The front office staff is warm and welcoming and has kept us updated on everything going on with our unit. She called us to let us know they found some dead bugs in the unit we were supposed to get, which is very transparent and considerate. They did not want us to move into that unit until a full bug treatment was completed, so they moved us to a whole new unit so we would still be in by our set move in date! I am so impressed with the honesty and how helpful and understanding everyone was."

"I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at Austin Chase. Leasing consultant Jade is kind, patient and very knowledgeable! My neighbors were all friendly and respectful. The upkeep and landscaping is well kept. Maintenance is courteous and extremely prompt with responding whenever I had an issue which was far and few. In the 2 years I’ve lived here. I only needed maintenance twice for minor things. I’m in a 2 bed/1 bath and it is very spacious for me and my son. My unit came with a washer/dryer as well which was a plus. I feel safe here and if you’re considering a new home, give them a try! And also I cannot thank Austin Chase enough for their FLEX options for payment. It helped me so much during this pandemic and when I faced hardship in order to continue to pay rent on time each month. I don’t hear of many other communities offering that service so I am so thankful for it!"
